| A couple months ago we went camping with our six month old miniature schaunzer. The next day we noticed that Riley was not eating, and had an uncontrollable thirst. Of course we thought he just had an upset stomach. Two days later we rushed him to our vet. It turns out he picked up a bacteria called "canine leptospirosis". Our vet saved his life just in time. This may have caused some kidney damage, but so far our pupply is back to his normal self. The vet recommended a low protein diet. have adopted a wonderful sweet 2 yr old female cat. Humane
society sent her home with us with a bag of science diet
dry food, (that is what they receive free from company).
We noticed she was gaining weight really fast (approx
10 lbs.) when we adopted her. We went to Petco to look
for something else to feed her and met a very nice rep
there that gave us a very informative talk on pet food.
He told us all about Natural Balance®.
We bought a bag of Ultra natural balance and noticed she
was still gaining, so the next bag we bought is Natural
Balance® Reduced Calorie Dog Food. We give
her between 1/2 - 3/4 cup every morning, (she doesn't
eat anything else. She is now 13 lbs and looks and acts
VERY Healthy and has shiny fur. When we give her less
food she is looking for more, maybe she is just going
to be a Large cat?? We have had many cats over the years,
but this is the first one that only has been feed dry
food since birth. We have been giving her the low calorie

have 2 pug dogs and just started using your product,
Natural Balance® Reduced Calorie Dog Food.
One of my pugs was prone to ear infections and yeast more
than 3 times and he just turned 3 in September 2008. I
was using Beneful Healthy Weight and he got very sick
from that dog food: allergic and had ear infections and
was sick until I changed his diet and used your product.
He was overweight as well and he just went to the vets
today: October 17th 2008. He is all cleared up of ear
infections and loss 2 lbs already. The price is right
and your product is healthy and my dogs love it. My vets
photo copied your brochure and will be telling her clients
about this product as well. Thanks for caring about the
animals. And yes, I remember you from you Eight is Enough

have 2 cats and 1 dog and I use both Natural Balance
Reduced Calorie Dog Food and the Reduced Calorie
Cat Food. I discovered both on the recommendation of the
staff at Centinela Feed about a year ago when I went looking
for new foods because my pets had become disinterested
in the brands I was using. I decided to try it immediately
after reading the labels because natural products and
natural remedies (glucosamine, antioxidants, etc. and
the avoidance of additives and preservatives) have always
been an important part of my health regimen as well as
what I strived for with my pets. Normally, my Shih-Tzu
is very picky and it takes her a while to get used to

just wanted to let you know that I THANK GOD that you
have made such a FINE REDUCED CALORIE FORMULA for Dogs.
Not only does my Yorkie LOVE it, it's just what she needs.
She loves any kind of food. Takes after her Dad. And she
is 8 yrs old & need a controled weight management
food. I love for her to eat, but I know it's bad for her
legs & hips that she has dislocated a number of times
due to her jumping in her younger years. So I try my best
to give her the Best Food I can find but yours not only
is Low Calorie, but low in Protein, Fat, & gives her
the Fiber she needs also. She loves apples, all vegetables
etc. so needless to say she trys to over-eat if I just
give her your food. : ) Thanks

have a 13 year old Dalmatian named Dakota, who was diagnosed
with the beginning of kidney failure and pancreatitis.
I was instructed to take her off as much fat and protein
as possible. I thought to myself that I would never be
able to find a dog food with low amounts of protein and
fat. I went to my pet store, Quality Pet Store in Jackson,
MS, and with the help of Ms Brown, found your product,
Natural Balance Reduced Calorie Formula. Dakota loved
the food and the Natural Balance treats I picked out for
her. After she had completed one 30 pound bag, I took
her back to the Vet for follow up tests. I knew that Dakota
was feeling better, but I never once expected to get the
test results that I did...her kidney and pancreas levels
were both normal. Yes, I did say normal! I am extremely
happy with your product and will continue to use them
