 Stella
is a Chinese Crested mix and was adopted as a special
needs dog. She is allergic to so many things and always
had digestion problems, skin breakouts, and constant ear
infections. I tried other allergen free foods that did
not stop the digestion problems. A gentleman at my local
PETCO suggested a grain free formula: Natural
Balance® Sweet
Potato & Venison dry food bag. It was
a little more expensive than the other brand, but after
having to get up four times a night to let my girl potty,
I didn't really care. I used NB for 2 weeks. Stella's
belly is so much better and she sleeps through the night
(and so do I)! Stella only has two back teeth, and your
matching treats are small enough for her to munch. These
are the first treats she has been allowed and able to
eat. If she could talk, I am sure she would thank you

 My
cat, Monty, was operated on two years ago for a large
calcium oxalate stone. I was told to feed him Hill's XD
exclusively for the rest of his life (he is now 10 years
old). He ate that diet for a year and a half until he
started throwing up and getting diarrhea. I took him off
the kibble and just fed him the canned. The diarrhea and
vomiting stopped but he started losing weight because
he wasn't eating enough. He just didn't like it. I was
beside myself. He lost a full pound and was looking boney.
I'd had enough. I did some research and found that Natural
Balance® Salmon
Canned Cat Formula does not contain urine
acidifiers like cranberry. Monty has the opposite problem
of most cats who are prone to struvite crystals. His urine
tends to be too acidic and cranberries can put his ph
over the top. I switched Monty to Natural Balance salmon
about three months ago and was thrilled to see how much
he liked it. Monty has put back the pound he lost only
he looks different than he did when he was at this weight
before. He looks better. My friends have even commented
that he appears to have gained lean muscle mass. There's
no doubt about it. Also, when I interact with him and
his favorite fishing rod toy, he jumps higher than he
ever has in his life. He is so playful and goofy that
it moved me to write this letter to you. When my animals

I
wanted to take the time to thank Natural Balance foods
for creating such high quality pet foods. I have a boston
terrier who has had food allergies since she was a puppy
and it was very difficult finding foods that didn't
make her ill. After many costly vet visits and trials
of different diets we came across Natural Balance foods.
We gave her the Natural Balance®
Potato and
Duck Formula dry food and she has been
transformed. She has so much energy and we believe that
is due to the quality food she is eating. We are looking
forward to trying some of the other flavours with her.

like to thank you for such AWESOME products! We've been
feeding our 14 (yes FOURTEEN) dachshunds your Natural
Balance® Sweet
Potato & Venison dry food for several
months now and couldn't be happier. Honestly, their poop
has never looked so healthy. No tummy aches, no skin problems
and their coats look amazing. We had actually switched
to your food because we couldn't get our previous brand
when we needed it. We decided to give yours a try and
didn't even have to ween them off the old stuff. We did
have some trouble getting the large bags for awhile but
our pet store was kind enough to give up 2 smaller bags
for the same price. We go through a large bag every week
and a half with our herd. They all just scarf it down
like it's the greatest thing in the world. No one has
been disinterested in it....not even once. Thanks

just wanted to write a short note to let you know how
much I am satisfied with your food. One of your representatives
gave me a coupon for a bag of your food. I got a bag of
the Natural Balance® Vegetarian
Formula for my dog Maybelline. She doesn't
have any allergies or digestion problems. After she finished
the first bag of food we noticed how much softer and shiny
her coat was!!! The ONLY thing we changed was her diet.
AMAZING!!! Now I am telling all of our customers all about
the great results we have had. I think a lot of people
may think they need "specialized" foods for
allergies and digestion problems, but I am telling them

 This
is my dog Hunter, he is a pure bred cavalier king charles
spaniel and a very spoiled one at that. Well, he just
turned 2 years old and ever since we got him he has been
an extremely picky eater. We tried all kinds of food and
nothing seemed to catch his attention. My husband and
I were at our wits end trying to get him to eat like so
many other dogs do. At times he would go a day or two
before he would eat again. We had him checked and he was
fine, nothing wrong, just very picky. Well, one day I
was in line at PETCO and I saw these small Natural
Balance® Dog
Food Rolls and said, what the heck, I will
try it, wasn't thinking of using it as food but just as
a treat. Well, I got home and gave some to Hunter. His
reaction to the food was awesome, he couldn't get enough
of it, so I ran back out and got a bigger log of it and
didn't tell my husband about what I had discovered. The
next 3 days I gave hunter the natural balance (beef log
food) and each time he couldn't get enough and he just
gobbled it up in seconds. On the fourth day of seeing
him eat like this I decided to tell my husband about it.
He was very skeptical about it but I told him I felt very
good about it, plus it would be cheaper than the food
he was on, plus he loved it ! So we gave it a try, that
was about 2 months ago and he still loves it and even
comes to the fridge in the morning waiting for me to cut
it up for him. I can't tell you how happy and relieved
that we are that he is finally eating ever day and loving
it and that we don't have to play games to get him to
eat anymore. Lastly, I want everyone to know that our
Hunter has always had very runny eyes that ran most of
the day, Now, I don't know what it is in the food that
has done this, but the runny, watery eyes are gone ! I
noticed it about 3 days into him eating this food and
I couldn't believe my eyes but it's true, his eyes are
clear and wonderful now. Thank

you for making such an amazing product! I just recently
started using your Natural Balance® Vegetarian
Formula and I am so happy. My dog has never
chowed down the way he does with this food. He has had
recurring ear infections for the past year and a half.
This meant approximately every 3 weeks it cost $100
at the vet. I have been using the veggie food for a
month now and NO EAR INFECTIONS!! He has also stopped
scratching and his skin looks wonderful. Thank

German Shepherd "Zeus" was having terrible irritable
bowel systems and even has his anal glands removed -nothing
was working - he was in pain. The specialist recommended
I get him on a high protein diet. I originally purchased
the food he recommend from the vet's office. But I didn't
notice a change and I was extremely upset - thinking I
would have to put my baby down - I just didn't want to
see him suffer anymore. So went into Pet Supermarket just
by chance and saw Natural Balance®
pet food and took a chance. I have to say the change was
immediate. His bm's are back to normal and he seems like
he is no longer in pain. Thank you just doesn't seem enough.

new puppy had many problems with digesting IAMS Smart
puppy - new receipe. After 3 months of illness and boiled
hamburger and rice the vet finnaly decided to do allergy
testing. She was allergic to most of the items in that
food. I found your Natural Balance® Lamb
Meal & Brown Rice allergy formula at
PetCo. What a life saver! She is now healthy again and
her digestion problems are gone! Please don't change a
thing ! I would like to know where I can get treats for
her as well. She is allergic to wheat, milk, barley, flax,
poultry mix, fish mix, green peas. I'm so glad I found
your product! So is Sadie - She's a beautiful Golden Retriever.

wanted to thank you for your products. If it wasn't for
your Natural Balance® Venison
and Green Pea Canned Formula my cat Moose
would be living in misery and was before he started on
it. I adopted Moose from a shelter. He was on the euth
list because he needed expensive surgery for entropian.
He's long had his sugery however that turned out to be
not his only problem. He developed food allergies and
the vet couldn't figure out what he was allergic to. He
would literally claw at his eyes, and had several other
bad physical reactions. He had to wear an e-collar the
majority of the time so he wouldn't cause more harm to
himself. Being rescourceful, the collar turned out to
be too short, if he couldn't get to it himself then he
simply found something to rub his face & ears on.
SO a longer collar was put on but he had no real freedom
and had to be offered food and water several times a day
, he couldn't get to anything with the longer collar.
Since the change and now being seen by a holistic vet,
it's made all the improvement I could have hoped for.
It's been slow going but it's definite. Without your food,
Moose may not be here now because of the injuries he was
causing himself, that it seem unfair to allow him to be
so miserable. He's with me and I hope for a very, very

a quick thank you for making the best food ever. We started
using the dry after our shepard was having trouble with
his hips. This chow is a life saver. He is now 12 1/2
and still beautiful and going strong. Our french bulldogs
are 10 and just as healthy as they can be, full of life
and energy!

just recently switched my dog over to your brand of dog
food. I feed her both the dry and the canned food and
she really likes it. I think she had an allergy to something
in the cheaper brand I was feeding her before. Her skin

have been feeding Natural Balance®
Potato and
Duck Formula to my dogs for a few months
now with wonderful results. My 15 year old Beagle, 11
year old Golden Retriever and 4 year old English Mastiff
all have allergy issues. This food has helped to clear
them up. They no longer have inflamed itchy ears from
recurrent yeast infections. Their coats are soft, shiny,
thick and they shed less. Please NEVER EVER change the
ingredients. I have fed other foods in the past that helped
them, but then they made ingredient changes supposedly
for the better. No it was to make their food cheaper to
make due to a lamb and venison shortage. GIVE ME A BREAK!
Please keep the duck and potato food and treats the same

love your dog food. I have a 14 yo Boogle (Boxer/Beagle)
who was NOT eating anything. A friend told me to try adding
your Natural Balance® Dog
Food Rolls and he loved it. So I changed
his diet to the Natural Balance kibbles as well and he
is doing so much better. It is astonishing. I really thought
he would die soon but your wonderful dog food has revived

just started my dogs on Natural Balance® Sweet
Potato & Fish Formula. In only 4 days,
I have seen a dramatic change in my dogs’ behavior
when I take them outside. My one dog always ravaged eating
grass, mud, and roots, and some nasty stuff. BUT since
I started my dogs on Nat’l Balance, it’s truly
a miracle. I can walk my dogs outside w/out them pulling
and digging to eat the grass, mud and stuff. I can walk
them on long walks, and they just walk along and just
stopping to sniff once in awhile. They are different as
night and day. I’m sure my dogs would thank you
for improving the quality of their lives. I wish I had
known about this before. I had asked several vets about
this and they told me “some dogs just like grass.”
Fortunately, I went to a dog training class and the instructor
told me about corn being a problem and to look for foods
where chicken, beef, lamb, salmon or sweet potatos were

has "Valley Fever" which is pretty common in
the SouthWest - but it's debilitating and can be fatal.
She was dangerously underweight, limping when she (occasionally)
walked, and had absolutely no energy for anything. Within
