BeefNatural Balance® Chunk Beef. U.S.D.A. inspected boneless beef rounds (AKA Beef Knuckle Cut). They are fresh frozen and individually vacuum packed. Supplied in cases weighing 50-60 lbs, containing 4-5 pieces per case. Weight range per piece of beef will be between 9-12 lbs. Very lean cut of beef, thaws easily in leak-proof packaging. Excellent for cutting into small chunks for use as a dietary supplement or treat.
Supplied in waterproof cartons; containing 4-5 pieces per 50-60 lb. case.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Proper storage, handling and preparation methods are imperative for raw meat-based diets. This carnivore diet must be stored at freezer temperatures until needed at 0ºF and below, then thawed under refrigeration. Do not thaw at room temperature. Thawed meat should not be refrozen.
